Bistec de Bacon Ahumado La Chinata / La Chinata Smoked Bacon Steak Awake

Cindy Taffel from Florida in the United States participates in our IV International Smoked Paprika Powder “La Chinata” Contest now with this superb “La Chinata Smoked Bacon Steak Awake. The main ingredients are bacon, vinegar, brown sugar, ground coffee and La Chinata Smoked Paprika Powder.

Description: A smoked bacon slab baked with espresso vinegar, brown sugar, La Chinata Smoked Paprika and ground Coffee.

4 ounces Slab Bacon

 

3 T Espresso Vinegar

 

2 T Brown Sugar

 

1 T La Chinata Smoked

 

Paprika

 

2 tsp Fresh ground coffee

Mix the brown sugar & espresso vinegar until the sugar dissolves. Place the bacon into a baggie and pour the mixture over the bacon a seal the bag.

 

Marinate for 5 minutes, but overnight is fine too. Remove the marinated

bacon from the baggie and place on to a sheet tray  lined with parchment.

 

Sprinkle some of your favorite coffee on the bacon.

 

Then, the best part....Generously sprinkle the surface of the bacon with La Chinata Smoked Paprika.

 

Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
