NETASA, family-owned business based on Plasencia in Spain and focused on manufacturing and marketing of their well-known Smoked Paprika Powder “La Chinata”, is proudly to show a new useful technique of their product to prepare a tasty “Rustic Hamburguer with Smoked Paprika Powder”, within the promotional campaign of “Practical usages”. One of the most iconic American meals whose main ingredient, in this case beef mince, blends with the hot variety of the unmistakable taste of the Smoked Paprika Powder “La Chinata”.

RUSTIC HAMBURGER WITH SMOKED PAPRIKA POWDER "LA CHINATA"

Ingredients for 1 hamburger:

For the mince:

120 gr. of beef mince

Salt

Black pepper

Olive oil

1 spoon of hot smoked paprika powder "La Chinata"

1 egg yolk

2 spoons of breadcrumbs

For the hamburger:

1 loaf of bread of sesame

Lettuce

Tomato

Onion

Pickles

Cheddar cheese

Mayonnaise

Ketchup

Elaboration:

We put the mince in a bowl, we sprinkle it with salt and pepper at taste, we add the hot smoked paprika powder “La Chinata”, the egg yolk, a dash of olive oil, and finally the breadcrumbs, we mix it all well and we let it rest in the fridge so the meat gets the entire paprika flavor.

Meanwhile, we open the loaf by half and we toast it slightly in a pan. Once toasted and removed from the fire, we place the lettuce in the base, the tomatoes on slices, and the onions already peeled and thin cut.

With the help of a mold, we make the form of a hamburger with the mince that we have done previously. We put it in a pan in low heat with a little bit of olive oil, we cook it on both sides and one minute before remove it from the fire, we place above the cheese so that it melts.

We put our hamburger in the loaf with slices of pickles overhead, and the mayonnaise and ketchup at taste.
