THE RECIPE

TRUFFLE LOLIPOPS WITH SMOKED PAPRIKA POWDER "LA CHINATA"

Ingredients:

Several thing layers of jelly

Fresh black truffle cut into thin slices

Smoked Paprika Powder "La Chinata"

Salt

 

Elaboration:

We dissolve the jelly in water. Once dissolved, we add the Smoked Paprika Powder "La Chinata" and the salt at taste. We place it in a flat tray and leave it until it gets the density of the lolipop, then we put the slices of truffle leaving enough space to cut after.

We put the tray in the fridge. Once the mass is solid, we cut it in circles leaving inside the truffle. Finally we put the sticks into the lolipops.
