Right of withdrawal

The user will have a period of 14 calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the product, to cancel the purchase without having to give a reason. To exercise this right, simply notify us before the deadline expires, by telephone on the 927 41 12 27 or by post to [email protected]. Return costs are to be borne by the customer, and the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Once we have received your notification, we will refund the amounts paid within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

Although all products are packaged with the utmost care, if your order contains a damaged item or there has been an error, you can, within 24 hours of receipt of your order, notify us by calling us at 927 41 12 27 or by sending an email to [email protected] so that we can restock the item as soon as possible. When your order is delivered, you should check that everything is in accordance with your order. If there is any discrepancy or problem with the order, please indicate it on the delivery note that the carrier will give you. In this case, the shipping costs will be paid by La Chinata.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to software applications which are directly downloaded via the portal or which are personalised products or which, for reasons of hygiene or other legally stipulated exceptions, are not subject to this right.
