- 300 g. of dried noodles
- 3 Shallots
- 150 g. of squid tubes
- 100 g. of “angula” mushrooms (you can also use another kind of mushrooms or varied mushrooms)
- 100 g. of broccoli
- 1 Stem of lemon herb (only the white part)
- Olive oil
- Bittersweet Smoked Paprika Powder La Chinata
We peel and mince thin the shallots, we also mince the lemon herb in the same way.
We fry this in a pan with a little bit of olive oil until the shallots are soft, then we cut the mushrooms into stripes and add them to the pan. We let it cook on low heat during 10 minutes, stirring from time to time and then we reserve it.
We clean the squid and cut it into stripes. We fry them in a different pan for 10 minutes or until they are brown and reserve them too.
On the other hand, we cut the broccoli into little buds, we boil them in water with salt for 8 minutes, we strained them and cool them in water with ice and then we reserve.
We get a wok with a little bit of olive oil and add everything that we have reserved, the broccoli, the squid, the mushrooms and the lemon herb.
We boil the noodles in a pot with water and salt for 3 minutes, we strained them and add them to the wok. Finally we also add the Bittersweet Smoked Paprika Powder La Chinata and sauté it all for a few minutes until all of the ingredients are integrated.
We serve straightaway.
