NETASA, family-owned business based on Plasencia in Spain and focused on manufacturing and marketing of their well-known Smoked Paprika Powder “La Chinata”, presents today a new practical usage of its product with an oriental recipe of “Chinese Noodles with Bittersweet Smoked Paprika Powder and oriental flavor”. Noodles are one of the main dishes of eastern countries, such as China, and we add them our original Smoked Paprika Powder touch.

Ingredients for 4 people:

300 gr. Of Chinese Noodles

3 Shallots.

150 gr. of tubes of squid

100 gr. of varied mushrooms

100 gr. of broccoli.

1 spoon of bittersweet smoked paprika powder "La Chinata"

1 Lemongrass stems (white part)

Olive Oil

First we must peel and sting thin shallots, as well as the lemongrass stems. Sauté these ingredients with olive oil till shallots turn soft and then, we cut mushrooms into thin slices and we add them. We cook on a low heat 10 minutes, stirring from time to time until golden.

We clean fairly well the squid and we cut in strips. Sauté for 10 minutes or until golden and we keep it.

On the other hand, we cut broccoli in small pieces and then we boil them with water and slat for 8 minutes; after that we drain and cool them with water and ice.

We serve on a wok with Olive Oil and we add all previous ingredients, broccoli, squids and mushrooms with lemongrass stems.

We boiled Chinese noodles on a pot with water and salt for 3 minutes, we drain them and we add to the wok. We add a spoon of the bittersweet smoked paprika powder "La Chinata" and sauté for some minutes all the ingredients.

Ready to be served.
